By accessing or using Lumivano ("the Service"), operated by Smart Technology Investments LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lumivano provides home electrification sequencing optimization, including upgrade ordering, incentive matching, ROI analysis, and financing comparisons. The Service uses publicly available data from federal agencies (NREL, DOE, EIA, DSIRE, HUD) and proprietary optimization algorithms.

3. Not Financial or Professional Advice

Lumivano provides informational analysis only. Our outputs are not financial advice, engineering specifications, or contractor recommendations. Always consult qualified professionals before making electrification decisions. Actual costs, savings, and incentive eligibility may vary.

4. Accounts and API Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree not to share API keys or use them in violation of rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for unused accounts.

6. Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current data from public sources. However, incentive programs, utility rates, and equipment costs change frequently. We do not guarantee that all data is current or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Technology Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
